04 · Reporting
The Nemesis Charitable Foundation is committed to transparency, but the safety of our volunteers and aid recipients is our highest priority.
Under martial law in Ukraine, publication of the Foundation’s full, detailed reporting is temporarily restricted.
The Foundation is guided by the Law of Ukraine “On Protecting the Interests of Entities Submitting Reports and Other Documents During Martial Law or a State of War” and Resolution No. 202 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 5 March 2022. Full disclosure of financial documents, procurement data, logistics routes, exact warehouse locations and personal data of beneficiaries and volunteers has been suspended for security reasons and to protect lives.
At the same time, we continue to keep thorough internal records and submit all required reports to the supervisory authorities in the manner prescribed by the State Tax Service of Ukraine. All reports required by law will be published in full within the statutory deadlines once martial law is lifted or terminated.
